Wine Club Member Appreciation Event
Our way of saying thank you for being part of the club, a little treat just for you!
Event Overview
A private, wine-club-only evening on Sunday, August 30th — a day we're normally closed, opened just for our members.
• 2:30pm — Doors open. Free tasting for club members and their guests.
• 4:00pm — Reserved tables ready with a shareable board and a bottle of wine.
• 4:00-7:00pm — Music, dinner, and member-only pricing on wine, beer, and NA drinks to take home.
• 4 people per table — kids count toward the 4.
• Price: $140 per table ($35/person), prepay required to reserve.
Please Note
• Kids: Always welcome — counted as part of your table of 4.
• No outside food or drink.
• Cancellations: Payment converts to credit toward a future purchase if given 72hrs notice. Otherwise, payment is forfeited unless we can fill your seat from the waitlist.
• Weather / Air Quality: If air quality reaches hazardous levels, your table automatically transfers to the rescheduled date. If that date doesn't work, a full cash refund will be issued.
• Tables: Fixed at 4 guests, contact us ASAP to combine table with another group.
• Payment: One prepayment per table; à la carte purchases can be split.
• Booking deadline: August 25th, or sooner if sold out.

What's included?
This includes the free tastings, a shareable board, a full bottle of wine, live music, a guaranteed reserved table, and a discount on any other wine you buy that night. This one's really our way of saying thanks for being part of the club!
Can we add a 5th person to our table?
Tables are set for 4 to keep things comfortable for everyone. Kids count toward your 4.
Can we push our tables together with friends?
Contact us ASAP and book back-to-back and we'll seat your groups as close together as we can.
Does the discount apply to everyone at the table?
Yes — anyone at your table that evening gets member pricing on wine, beer, or NA drinks, however you split things up.
Can we split the check?
The $140 table is one prepaid charge (split it amongst yourselves however works). Anything you order that evening can be split normally.
Can we do a tasting first?
Yes! Doors open at 2:30pm for a free tasting for club members and their guests before the 4pm music and table service starts.
Can we get seconds on the board or bottle?
The board and bottle are what's included — a full menu will be available that evening if you want more.
Can kids come?
Yes, kids are always welcome — just count them toward your table of 4.
Is BYOB allowed?
No, but we've got you covered on drinks and food.
What if I need to cancel?
Your payment converts to credit toward a future purchase if you cancel 72hrs before the event. After that, if we are able to rebook your seat from our waitlist we will refund you, otherwise your purchase is forfeited,

Spots are limited and we expect to sell out — we'd grab yours sooner rather than later.
